How is this different from Mailchimp or Constant Contact?
Mailchimp and Constant Contact are tools. You still have to write the sequences, segment your sphere, set up tracking, and optimize the campaigns. We do all of that for you. We work with any platform you already use, or we set you up inside GoHighLevel if you do not have one.
We already use kvCORE / Follow Up Boss / BoomTown. Do we have to switch?
No. We work with whatever real estate CRM you have. Your existing lead nurture in kvCORE or Follow Up Boss is separate from what we do. We focus exclusively on reactivating dormant past clients and sphere of influence with dedicated sequences and attribution.
How do you track attributed commissions?
Every email links to a unique tracking URL. Every form submission, every phone call from a tracking number tied to the campaign, and every booked listing or buyer consult from the sequence is tagged and reported monthly. You see the math before you pay the 10% revenue share.
What if it does not produce closed deals?
After 90 days, if attributed commissions do not exceed 5x your total spend (setup + retainers + revenue share), you can cancel and we refund the last 30 days of retainer. The guarantee stands.
How long is the contract?
Three months minimum to give the sequence time to work through your sphere and produce closings. After that, month to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Do you write the emails or does AI write them?
A human writes the strategy and the voice calibration to match your tone, market, and brand. AI accelerates production. You approve every email before it sends. The result is not generic AI copy because we test every sequence against your actual sphere responses before scaling.
Can we just buy the sequence and run it ourselves?
Yes. The setup fee alone gets you the full six-email sequence, fully built and loaded into your platform. We do not require the retainer. Most agents take the retainer because monthly optimization is where the second 50% of the commissions come from, but the door is open either way.
